After a few weeks of searching, we found the perfect home for us. Our home purchase was a multi-offer situation. Marco's great strategy and amazing negotiation skills lead us to be the ones picked, 2 weeks after that we had a home! Such a professional, kind genuine person with lots of experience, very knowledgeable and well connected in the business. The best realtor because he truly loves helping people find the right home. I'm not much one to write reviews, but reading the many positive reviews that Marco has, helped me in my choice. So I kind of owe it to the rest of you to pay it forward. The first thing that I have to say is that when you hire Marco and the MVRod Team, you really are getting the advantage of a real team of people helping you out! There is a ton of paperwork to be done when selling a house, and Marco has one team member dedicated to just that alone. His wife, Vanessa works seamlessly with him, so someone is always there for you every step of the way. Selling a house is complicated. Selling a house during a worldwide pandemic?! Well, that takes some special skills and much attention to detail. Fortunately, Marco is well versed in everything virtual. From Zoom meetings to fancy online tours, he got the word out and got the job done. The staging was so impressive that I almost made an offer myself! Never looked so good before. Sold above the listing price in record time. So it's no wonder that I'm sitting here writing such a positive review even though "I'm not much one to write reviews". Marco and Vanessa helped us buy our first home about 4 years ago. We were super satisfied with the whole process so we contacted them again to sell the house in order to buy a bigger one. They helped us sell our house when we thought it was impossible. We listed our home the first week of March, and we were able to have two open houses right before the Pandemic started (Covid, stay-at-home orders). A lot of people showed up to the open houses and we were amazed that this was based on the video and pictures of the house as well as the marketing they provided. The first time I contacted Marco Rodriguez was because he was referred to me by someone that bought his first home with Marcos' assistance. He was very satisfied with Marcos' professionalism. I was a first-time buyer as well, as you can imagine, I had no idea what the process was like. No idea what forms I had to fill up, and the different details of such firms, but Marco helped me with all these forms. And since they are legal documents, one has to be very careful with such documents. Marco is very knowledgeable about buying and selling property around the Bay Area, and if you are a first-time buyer like I was or an experienced realty investor, I highly recommend Marco and his team. I had some reservations about getting into debt with a home, especially after the fiasco from the housing bubble bursting, and all the horror stories. Marco was able to explain the process to me and put me at ease. Throughout the whole buying process, he was patient, explaining everything and taking into consideration everything we wanted, and didn't want in our future home. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. He's still willing to help and answers questions to this day, over 6 years after the purchase.
